This is a blog all about the Southern Youth Band's tour to Southern California. We travelled out on Monday 27th December 2010, and arrived back on Wednesday 5th January 2011.
The purpose of the trip was to take part in the Pasadena Tournament of the Roses Parade, but along the way we did other things: do a concert and spend a day at Disneyland, perform a concert at Pasadena Tabernacle Corps, perform and dine at Tustin Ranch Band's New Year's Eve meal, march in the San Diego Big Bay Balloon Parade, visit Santa Monica, Hollywood, and a few other places too.
Hopefully, by visiting this site, reading about each day and seeing some of our photos and videos, you will learn a little of the amazing time we had out in America.
